Back of House Maintenance Manager - Botswana (Delta Region)

Are you a hands-on, technically skilled professional with a passion for maintenance and operational excellence? We are looking for an experienced Back of House Manager to oversee all maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure across remote luxury camps in Botswana’s Delta.

Responsibilities

-Oversee maintenance of electrical systems, including solar plants, generators, and sewage treatment facilities

-Manage water systems: pumps, boreholes, wells, and water quality testing

-Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs

-Manage maintenance budgets, including monthly costs and annual CAPEX planning

-Ensure all back-of-house areas are well maintained and operational

-Coordinate and supervise maintenance projects across camps

-Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and industry partners

-Oversee stock control, ordering, and administration related to maintenance

-Work around guest schedules to ensure a seamless, uninterrupted experience

-Willingness to travel frequently between camps

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing Engineering

Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role

Valid Driver’s License (PRDP required)
