Sales Director - Up to £140,000 + great package – London with a national remit

We are working with a leader in integrated workplace solutions, to find an outstanding Sales Director, to help build strategy, deliver outstanding sales solutions and ultimately grow the UK portfolio.

This is a senior leadership role focused on winning and delivering profitable contracts, strengthening client partnerships, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition and exceed agreed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Develop and manage a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
  • Lead, coach and support Business Development Managers to maximise performance
  • Oversee the preparation of high-quality tenders, proposals and presentations
  • Ensure accurate reporting, governance compliance and internal stakeholder alignment
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Take ownership of re-bids and strategic sales initiatives within the division

Ideal Sales Director:

  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Strong experience producing compelling sales documentation and delivering executive-level presentations
  • Target-driven, resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and commercially astute
  • Able to work independently while fostering a collaborative team culture
