Sales Director - Up to £140,000 + great package – London with a national remit
We are working with a leader in integrated workplace solutions, to find an outstanding Sales Director, to help build strategy, deliver outstanding sales solutions and ultimately grow the UK portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role focused on winning and delivering profitable contracts, strengthening client partnerships, and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and exceed agreed revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
- Develop and manage a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
- Lead, coach and support Business Development Managers to maximise performance
- Oversee the preparation of high-quality tenders, proposals and presentations
- Ensure accurate reporting, governance compliance and internal stakeholder alignment
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Take ownership of re-bids and strategic sales initiatives within the division
Ideal Sales Director:
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Strong experience producing compelling sales documentation and delivering executive-level presentations
- Target-driven, resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and commercially astute
- Able to work independently while fostering a collaborative team culture
