$90,000 – $110,000 + Bonus

We’re partnering with a high-profile, chef-driven restaurant concept known for delivering elevated food, strong culture, and a refined guest experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned General Manager who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and enjoys running a tight, service-forward operation in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

This role requires a confident operator who can balance people leadership, financial accountability, and day-to-day execution while maintaining high standards across service, food, and atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations with a strong presence on the floor
• Hire, train, coach, and develop management and FOH teams
• Own P&L performance including labor, COGS, and controllable expenses
• Drive exceptional guest experience and uphold service standards
• Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution
• Create schedules, manage payroll, and optimize staffing levels
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Foster a positive, accountable culture with low turnover and high engagement

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary $90,000 – $110,000
