Job Title: Sales Manager - Premium London Catering Company

Location: London

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus

Are you passionate about food & events and would like the chance to work with some of the most beautiful London venues? This premium London catering company are looking for a motivated Sales Manager with excellent people skills to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Manage the sales team to achieve their targets
  • Effectively communicate function details and client requirements to operations team.
  • Maintain & build new relationships with venues
  • Organise client meetings & tastings

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience within a similar company environment in a comparable focus
  • Excellent knowledge of food and event hospitality
  • Proven track sales record
  • Ability to demonstrate a wide range of event experience
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Proactive and flexible approach to workload
  • Enthusiastic, positive and motivated attitude
