Operations Manager, South of England, £55k - £58k+ Bonus & Car Allowance

We are working with an established contract caterer who is seeking a talented and driven Regional Manager to oversee the catering for a portfolio of luxury Retirement Living sites across London & Surrey. This is a leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong luxury retirement living or high-end Contract Catering background who thrives on building relationships, driving results, and inspiring teams to deliver excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of catering services, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, service, and compliance.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets are met.
• Nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to exceed expectations.
• Deliver innovative solutions to operational challenges, maintaining a solution-focused approach.

About You:

• A proven background in luxury retirement living and/or high-end Contract Catering background, this is a must.
• Excellent financial and commercial acumen.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• A solution-focused mindset, with the ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
• A passion for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
