Business Development Manager – Corporate Catering & B&I (UK Wide)

About the Opportunity

We’re recruiting for a leading UK corporate services provider on an exclusive Business Development Manager role focused on corporate catering and B&I (Business & Industry) services.

You’ll be driving new business growth and account expansion across workplace catering, premium catering, and related corporate services, selling to corporate clients, B&I sites, and multi-site estates.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business growth in corporate catering and B&I, from prospecting to close.
• Build and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders across corporate and B&I clients.
• Develop tailored catering and workplace food solutions, including menus, service models, and value propositions.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and account management.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth mobilisation and delivery.

Who You Are

• An experienced BDM or Sales Manager with a track record in contract catering, workplace catering, or B&I food services.
• Based at a catering operator
• Strong in new business, client relationships, and account growth.
• Comfortable selling catering and related workplace services, not just single-service cleaning or security.
• Open to a UK-wide role with flexibility on location.
