New Business Development Manager

We’re supporting a well-established, family-run business with over 40 years of success, now looking to appoint aNew Business Development Managerto drive their next phase of growth.

This is asales-led, operationally credible rolewith real influence across the business, and a clear pathway into senior leadership.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle, from identifying opportunities through to contract mobilisation, acting as the key link between clients and operational teams.

You’ll be focused on developing business across:

  • Hotel housekeeping
  • Serviced apartments / residential housekeeping
  • Hotel maintenance services

This role requires someone who can engage confidently withGeneral Managers, owners, and stakeholders, understanding operational challenges and delivering commercially viable outsourcing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Meet clients and develop tailored solutions
  • Create proposals, contracts, and SLAs
  • Develop pricing models and ensure commercial viability
  • Work closely with operational teams to mobilise new contracts

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong background insales / business development
  • Experience withinhotels, serviced apartments, or outsourced/FM services
  • Understanding ofhotel operations (housekeeping & maintenance)
  • Commercially aware and confident with pricing and deal structures
  • A natural relationship builder who can engage at senior level
  • Someone who bringsenergy, ideas, and a proactive approach

You’ll also be:
