How is the general feeling and feedback from your team members and your customers now?
Here in Singapore the virus has been managed about as well as it could be so times are relatively normal.
Maximum groups of 5 and masks at all times but F&B is enjoying a very busy period.
No travel means people are spending on food.
My group is opening 9 new projects over the next 3 months as landlords are willing to be more reasonable

Increased delivery and take away

More delivery focused than before, cloud kitchens
What advice do you have for anyone who now finds themselves redundant?
There is work out there. If not in your area, then look further afield
What positive lessons do we need to learn from what the industry has been through?
Honestly, I feel that this has helped weed out the poor operators.
I’m hoping that we have an industry with more professional and better-quality operators.
