- We worked backwards, using market information to identify businesses and individuals who had gone on a similar journey.
- We created a dual shortlist and market mapping to allow comparison of different individuals across the two skill areas.
- Top candidates from both the Chairperson and NED shortlists were identified.
- After the first round of interviews, it was identified that focusing on a Non-executive with a Finance background would be the best fit for the business.
- The interview process includes formal discussion, discussions with investors and quality time with the founder and team.
