Tell us about your career journey leading to where you are now.

I’ve built my career in strategic marketing, brand management, and communications, working across luxury hospitality, government, and international organizations. After leading marketing efforts for top-tier brands, I took a career break to reflect on my next steps, valuing growth over constant motion. I see this as a golden opportunity because careers aren’t just races to the finish line—they’re journeys that sometimes require us to pause, recalibrate, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

What does the International Women’s Day slogan “accelerate action” mean for you? 

It means pushing beyond awareness and driving real change—whether in leadership representation, workplace equity, or opportunities for women. Intentions are not enough; action is key.

How important is it for women to lift each other up?

It’s crucial. Success is not a solo journey. When women support each other, we create a stronger, more resilient professional ecosystem.

How important is diversity across senior leadership teams?

Diversity isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a business advantage. Inclusive leadership fosters innovation, better decision-making, and stronger teams.

What do female leadership statistics in our industry represent to you?

They show progress but also the urgent need for change. The numbers are improving, but we’re still far from equality.

How can business leaders accelerate action toward closing the gender gap?
