NED & fractional roles

Recently, we have noticed two major growth areas. The first one is the numbers of companies looking for N.E.D. talents and the second, those who are recruiting for fractional roles. 

Fractional positions

These allow candidates to work across multiple and non-competing businesses which are looking to import valuable experience without the full-time price tag. 

Some of this is about SMEs gaining access to more experiences and/or connected candidates. However, we are also seeing larger businesses using fractional leadership in areas like investment or business transformation (IT / finance, etc…) and innovation.
