What market trends are you seeing since re-opening? 

Customers are divided into 2 big segments, based on how hard they have been hit by the crisis: the ones who are much health oriented and who are paying much more attention to what they eat. The ones who are very much price oriented.

What techniques have you used to build sales and re-engage customers? 

Depending on the concepts, we focused on being price attractive and we develop a special communication on the healthy part of our menus. 

What positive lessons do we need to learn from what the industry has been through? 

The market of the on line deliveries has grown and will remain at least at its current level: This implies to develop new strategies for the F&B industry which should pay much more attention on how to reach, communicate and deliver the right products to their customers ( which imply to design specific menus for the delivery market, packaging, and communication tools)
