Multi-national giants, small family businesses, charities and organisations across the world have played an important role in the progress of LGBTQ+ rights over the past two decades, with many of them making public gestures of support and many of them have become regular sponsors of annual Pride events.
Recruitment practices, employee-resource groups, and marketing embracing LGBTQ+ rights have been part of many businesses decision-making processes and helped creating safer and more aware working (and personal) environments for any members of the community.
