Throughout the (recent) years, workplaces have been creating more inclusive and supportive environments for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender employees. These consist of implementing policies, practices, and initiatives promoting equality, respect, and acceptance for all employees, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
