Non-exec / Chair person – Lifestyle Hotels – UK
We are working with an investment house who are looking to appoint a non-exec chair for a new lifestyle hotel concept that they are looking at investing in.
They are looking for someone who can mentor the founders, assist a little with brand / property / offer and expansion. This is not the traditional hotel operation – and we are not looking for a traditional hotelier.
We are looking for someone who has (ideally founded and) scaled a hotel concept in the UK and beyond.
Non Executive Director – Leisure and immersive entertainment
Commitment: 1 to 3 days a month
Salary: Negotiable day rate
We are currently working with an incredible group of investors and entrepreneurs who have extensive experience in the leisure and entertainment space. To support a brand new project, due to launch in 2022, the group are looking to appoint a Non executive to support the executive team and specifically the CEO.
Non Exec / Chair role within Childcare sector
We are a specialist recruitment company and we are working with an finance house who are about to invest in a rapidly growing care business
As part of this process, they have asked to find a Chair person who has experience of growing a small business to a mid sized (30+ site) business who can support in the growth of the company.
This role will involve working on strategy, senior management mentoring, some property and offer advice and support as well as being a senior figure within the business.
Non Executive Director – Restaurants – Finance Background
Commitment: 2 day a month
We are currently working with small restaurant group, who have had consistent growth and are now trading at circa £20 million. As they embark on the next stage of their journey, they are keen to appoint a experienced Restaurant Executive to guide, mentor and advise. The CEO and CFO have ambitious plans for growth and are looking to double turnover within 2 years. The concept is fresh seasonal and stylish and very adaptable within new locations and settings. While they have created a replicable they are keen to retain the individuality in each business as well as the quality product.
Non-Exec – Marketing, Digital and Customer Journey
We are working with a remarkable leisure and customer experience-focused business who are looking to add a specific character to their board.
Our client is looking for someone who can really understand customer experience, digital and on-line experience.
The right person will have digital, media, membership experience across high-end customer brands
This is an amazing role with the opportunity to work with a ground-breaking client.
We are looking for a business founder / owner / director who has SCALED a hospitality group, i.e over 10 sites…
Our client is a very cool concept who have a small number of units currently but are looking to grow quickly post-pandemic
We are looking for someone who has experience of openings, property, scaling and truly developing a people culture.
Time commitment is 2 days per month
Our client is flexible on package for the right person – there will be a monthly fee with the option for involvement in equity participation
Non Exec Director – Employee Ownership specialist
We are very pleased to be working with a client who are looking at their future development and ownership structure.
One of the options they are considering is stepping into the Employee Ownership model – companies like John Lewis etc have made this a popular option within recent years
We are looking for someone who has specific experience of operating within this area who would be able to commit to a non-exec role
Non-Exec Director – Tech business – hospitality market
We are working with a niche technology company who supply to the hospitality and leisure market
At this stage of their development they are looking to build their credibility with clients and build their sales pipeline
We are looking for a credible and respected industry character who is happy to use their little black book to help build the business (ideally with connections at leadership level.
Compensation will involve a monthly fee and success-based incentive.
